Practice Rules
- Shirts Tucked in at all times
- Run on and off the court for water
- No jewelry
- Cell phones on vibrate or off
- When COACH is talking all eyes on him
- When Balls up is called out NO one shoots
- No dribbling when coach is talking
- No talking when coach is talking
- No Walking
Games Rules
- Jersey tucked in at all times
- During timeouts only players that are in the game should be sitting(next to each other)
- No cell phones 45 minutes before the game
- NO NBA apparel
- Officiating: arguing with game officials will not be tolerated! The coaching staff will handle any on court discrepancies
- Respect opponents at all times and refrain from arrogant posturing, facial expressions, trash talking and show boating
- Bench must be involved in the game at all times.
